日子再忙再累,为家人做一份的早餐,让周末散发一丝丝的幸福滋味🍴

• 简单的荷包蛋烤吐司+ 秋葵+ 圣女果(樱桃小番茄🍅 
*秋葵汆烫2-3分钟,再过冰水。这样吃起来口感比较脆。
*流动性的蛋黄需要撒些黑胡椒,干的香菜片和少许的酱油才perfect 😋😋😋

•烤吐司搭配蔓越莓+蓝莓果酱

•热饮 – 无糖黑咖啡☕️

p/s: 我习惯性吃一份咸口味吐司& 一份甜口味的吐司,这样才能真正满足到自已对早餐的需求!
