Prego sauce Tuna with Sweet Potato Salad

[轻食-Prego番茄酱鲔鱼+番薯生菜沙拉]

意外的混合却带来惊喜的味道~

微酸风味的意大利酱汁,搭配调味的罐头鲔鱼,都让人胃口大开!

食材:

调味罐头鲔鱼-1/4量

Prego番茄酱-2汤匙

绿生菜-1小把

紫生菜-1小把

番薯-1粒

荷兰豆-适量

枸杞-少许(当装饰用)

做法:

1)将调味鲔鱼和番茄酱混合均匀,备用。

2)番薯放入锅子里蒸熟,切片。

3)荷兰豆用热开水汆烫,再泡入冰水来保持脆脆的口感。

4)生菜冲洗干净后放入盘中,将切片番薯摆盘,取一小球的番茄酱鲔鱼加在生菜上即可。

完成!
