[热红酒可可 / Wine Cocoa]

在一个轻松的夜晚,伴随着轻柔的音乐,我见证了红酒配热可可是一杯浪漫又美妙的热饮组合。红酒与可可的结合蕴藏了一种让人可释放压力的神奇功效,特别是女人!女人需要一些特别的化学效应来平衡一下工作和家庭生活。这就是人人口中说的“红酒🍷配美人” 。没错!只有红酒热可可渗透女人血液里,才能散发出她的魅力。

当热红酒可可经过加热时,果香与可可的香气扑鼻而来,入口感觉带有红酒的果酸味及可可中微苦带甜,两种出乎预料的不同层次口感。不论是滋味上或是口感上,喝下的每一口都是让我感到幸福又暖心。

[食材/Ingredients]
*1-2人份 / 1-2servings

无糖可可粉- 3汤匙
unsweetened cocoa powder – 3Tbsp

砂糖-4汤匙
Sugar- 4Tbsp

葡萄红酒-1杯
Red wine- 1cup

鲜奶-1杯
milk- 1cup

炼奶-1汤匙
condensed milk – 1Tbsp

盐巴-适量
salt- a little

[做法/Steps]

1)将干性食材混在一起,加入鲜奶和炼奶,搅拌均匀。
Mix all the dry ingredients together, gradually add the milk & condensed milk then stir well.

2)把红酒和搅拌均匀的鲜奶一起倒入锅中,开小火,在低温下煮至冒出小泡泡散发香气即可。
Add the wine over the cocoa and milk mixture, and bring everything to a boil with low heat.

3)倒入杯子里,即可享用。
*如想要更浓郁的红酒香气可而外的添加在杯子里。
Pour into your serving cup and serve.
*Added more wine into your cup, if you prefer more rich wine aroma.
