Sesame Sauce Veggies Salad

一星期的开始,简单的料理,简单的调味,简单的饮食。今天不经意的阅读到一则很有深度的文章。文章里的一番话最让我深刻印象是“修身或修心是一种美德,是一种非凡的气度,是对人对事的包容与接纳”。当下静下心来思考,人类除了把心放上一切事情上,必要时应该放慢速度,自我净化修养。星期一,同样的让你感到疲惫或是不愉快,不妨简单一点,吃得清淡一些,净化食欲也同时净化你复杂的情绪。

食材/ Ingredients :

花椰菜梗- 2个
Broccoli stalk- 2pcs

黑木耳- 适量
Black Fungus- little

萝卜- 适量
Carrot- little

黄甜椒- 1/2颗
Yellow pepper- 1/2pcs

枸杞- 适量
Wolf berries- little

调味酱/ Seasoning sauce:

芝麻油- 1大匙
Sesame oil- 1Tbsp

酱油- 1大匙
Light soy sauce – 1Tbsp

蜂蜜- 2大匙
Honey- 2Tbsp

胡椒粉- 适量
Black pepper powder- little

白芝麻- 适量
White sesame seed- little

做法/ Steps :

1)把蔬菜类切成丝,汆烫一下至熟。
*热开水里可加少许的油和盐巴

All the vegetables cut into slices, boiled the veggies until soft.
*put some salt and oil into boiling water.

2)将调味料混合均匀即可,要食用时把酱料淋上,拌一拌可享用。

Mix all the seasoning ingredients, pour the sauce over the veggies when ready to serve.
