Miso Spinach Sauce Steam Tofu

|味增菠菜酱蒸豆腐|

我家先生是个肉食男,对蔬菜料理并没有特别喜爱或更爱。我相信身为很多的人妻们应该也很了解,服侍家中的”大男孩“就像养小小孩一样,需要花一点点的小巧思在料理上,才有机会让肉食男大量的享用素菜料理。盘上的青酱是采用2颗菠菜去搅打成泥状,再调上日式味增来提味,口感是很顺滑带点咸香咸香的滋味,非常清爽也对身体无负担。

食材/Ingredients :

菠菜-2颗
Chinese Spinach – 2 stalks

蒜-3瓣
Garlic- 3 cloves

豆腐- 1/2盒
tofu- 1/2 box

白芝麻-1大匙
White sesame- 1TBSP

黑芝麻-1大匙
Black sesame- 1TBSP

味增调味酱/ Miso Seasoning Sauce:

白味增-1大匙
White miso- 1Tbsp

味淋-1大匙
Mirin – 1Tbsp

芝麻油-1小匙
Sesame oil- 1tbsp

水-少量
water- little

做法/Steps:

1)预热锅子,把蒜片炒香,加入菠菜炒至熟。
Pre-heat cooking pan, saute the garlic slices until aroma, add spinach to cook.

2)把炒熟的菠菜倒入搅拌机里,加入混合好的味增调味酱,搅打成泥状。
Pour the spinach into blender, add the miso mixture and blend until smooth.

3)豆腐蒸好后,摆在菠菜酱汁上。
When the steam tofu is ready, place them nicely on the green sauce.

4)用萝卜花及芝麻粒点缀。完成!
Decorate with flower shape carrot and some sesame seeds. Done !
