Pan-Fry Pumpkin with Almond Flakes

【香煎杏仁南瓜片】

不爱吃软绵绵的南瓜,不妨用煎的料理方式再搭配脆口的杏仁片,又是一款好吃有营养的家常菜。

[食材/ Ingredients] :
南瓜 & 杏仁片
Pumpkin & Almond Flakes

[做法/ Steps] :

1)南瓜切片,放入热开水里汆烫1-2分钟,用厨房纸巾吸干水分
Cut the pumpkin into slices, put into hot water boil for 1-2 minutes and pat it dry with kitchen towel .

2)杏仁片入锅,干煎至金黄色,取出备用。
Put the almond flakes into the pan, stir fry until golden brown and set aside.

3)锅中倒入适量的橄榄油,南瓜片放入锅中煎至两面微微金黄,加入杏仁片翻炒一下。
Pour some amount of olive oil into pan, pan fry the pumpkin slices until golden brown, add the almond flakes and slightly stir fry.

4)上桌前,撒些黑胡椒,海盐及蒜粉调味即可。
Before serve, seasoning some black pepper, sea salt and garlic powder.
