第一次把洛神花酱泡水当饮料来喝,感觉有点像“利賓納”。原味的吃洛神花酱是有一阵的酸味,但适量的加糖不旦可以中和掉天然的酸味,而且吃起来非常的顺口美味。

据说,洛神花是植物界的红宝石,它是花瓣所凋谢后的花萼,内里还包覆一颗小种子。洛神花的好处及营养价值都对女人有很大的功效。在颜色上,味觉上及香气都很符合女性的口味,可说是美容养颜的上品,就像红宝石配美人一样….

[食材/Ingredients ]

洛神花-200克

Rosella flowers- 200g

二砂糖-适量

Brown sugar- small amount

[ 做法/Steps ]

1)把洛神花冲洗一遍再浸泡几分钟,切除尾端,轻轻的剥落洛神花的外衣,取出里面的种子。
Soak the rosella flowers for few minutes, again rinse and wash. Cut the bottom part, peel off the flower petal and removed the seed.

1)将种子放入锅中里煮几分钟后取出,放入洛神花瓣,煮至熟软呈现透明状即可。
Cook the seeds for few minutes and take out. After that put the flower pedals into the hot pot and cook until soft and translucent in appearance.

2)加入适量的糖份,搅拌均匀。完成!
Add some amount of sugar and stir until well combined. Done !
