Miso Chicken Breast

|香煎味增鸡胸肉|

鸡胸肉脂肪低,肉质比较干柴,口感也不好。但是,利用米酒 & 玉粟粉来腌制鸡肉,口感就完全不一样哦~另外,味增的咸香味已足够让鸡胸肉更入味,完全不需要加其他的的调料来提味。一份低脂的食材,一样可以做出好味道。

食材/Ingredients  

鸡胸肉-1大块
Chicken breast – 1 Pc

玉粟粉-2大匙
Corn flour- 2 Tbsp

米酒-2大匙
Rice wine- 2 Tbsp

味增酱/ Miso sauce

味增-2大匙
miso- 2 Tbsp

美乃滋-2大匙
Mayonnaise – 2Tbsp

砂糖-1小匙
Sugar- 1 tbsp

味啉-1大匙
Mirin- 1 Tbsp

番茄酱-1小匙
Ketchup- 1tbsp

水-适量
water- little amount

做法/Steps 

1)把鸡胸肉切薄片,倒入米酒 & 玉粟粉腌制15分钟或以上。
Cut the chicken breast into thin slices, marinate with rice wine & corn flour for 15 minutes and above.

2)把味增酱材料一起混合均匀,备用。
Mix all the miso ingredients together and set a side.

3)开中火预热,倒入少许橄榄油,把鸡肉片煎至微微变色,盖上锅盖1-2分钟。
Heat the pan with medium fire, add some olive oil , pan fry the chicken slices until slightly brown, cover with lid for 1-2 minutes.

4)开盖,把味增酱倒入锅内拌炒均匀。
Open up the lid, pour the miso mixture into the pan and stir fry evenly.

5)享用前撒上少许的香菜片和一点点的盐巴提香即可。
Before serve, sprinkle some dry parsley flakes and a little bit of salt to taste.
