Carrot Orange Jelly

|萝卜香橙果冻|

炎炎的夏天,很适合来一份冰冰凉凉的蔬菜+水果的天然果冻。在家自制的果冻使用的是天然新鲜食材,而且甜度可以按照自已的喜爱来掌控,吃在嘴里很安心也不感到罪恶。

食材/ Ingredients :

红萝卜-100克
Carrot-100g

柳橙汁-300ml
Orange Juice- 300ml

燕菜粉-8克
Agar-agar powder- 8g

做法/Steps:

1)将萝卜切块,放入蒸锅里蒸几分钟至软透。
Cut the carrot into bite size, put into steamer and steam for few minutes or until soft.

2)把柳橙汁和蒸软的萝卜块一起放入搅拌机里搅打成汁
Mix the orange juice with steamed carrots into blender and blend well.

3)把柳橙萝卜汁混合燕菜粉拌匀,倒入锅子里煮至沸腾让燕菜粉完全融化即可。
Mix the agar-agar powder into carrot orange juice, stir well. Pour the juice mixture into deep pot and boil until agar-agar powder completely dissolved.

4)把萝卜柳橙汁倒入模具里,再放入冰箱里冷藏至凝固。
Pour the carrot orange juice into the moulds and place in the fridge until set.
