Chestnuts with Mushrooms Brown Rice

|栗子香菇炘饭|

美味的栗子一向是我的最爱,尤其是包覆在粽子里的油亮栗子。栗子经过调味翻炒后,再和米饭一起煮,口感更松绵,带着麻油香及香菇的油香味,一碗热腾腾香喷喷的油饭让人吃了一碗还想再添多一碗。

食材/Ingredients :

干栗子-适量
Dried Chestnuts- little amount

香菇-4朵 (切丝)
mushrooms- 4pcs (cut slices)

虾米-1小把
Dried shrimps- little amount

鱿鱼-2小片
Dried squid- 2pcs

蒜头-4瓣
Garlic- 4 cloves

高汤-1碗
Chicken broth- 1bowl

糙米-2人份
Brown rice- serving size of 2

步骤/Steps :

1)栗子 & 香菇浸泡隔夜。蒜头切成粹状。
Soak the chestnuts and mushrooms overnight. Chopped the garlic.

2)锅子倒入少许油,爆香蒜末,倒入香菇丝,栗子,干虾米& 干鱿鱼丝炒出香气。
add some oil into the pan, stir fry garlic until soft , add mushrooms, chestnuts,dried shrimps & dried squid cook until aroma.

3)加入适量的调味料(2汤匙酱油,1汤匙老抽,1汤匙蚝油,1/4糖,1小撮盐巴,1汤匙麻油)拌炒均匀。
Add some seasoning (2Tbsp soy sauce, 1Tbsp dark soy sauce, 1Tbsp oyster sauce, 1/4sugar, a pinch of salt and 1Tbsp sesame oil) stir fry evenly.

4)将炒好的栗子馅料混合米饭里一起煮至熟透即可。
Pour the chestnuts mixture with rice and cook through.

完成!Done !
