|醋渍拌紫甘蓝|

每一种蔬菜的颜色都含有不同的营养价值,而且营养家常常都鼓励大家每一天餐的餐盘里需要包含多种颜色的蔬菜及水果来达到饮食均衡。在彩色蔬菜当中,紫色被列为在生活饮食当中是非常少摄取到的一种颜色。
紫甘蓝拥有天然丰富的花青素,营养价值高,可氧化,防衰老等等。所以,要达到养生不易老就不妨把紫色蔬菜一同加入你的餐盘中!

食材/ Ingredients

紫甘蓝- 1/2颗
Red Cabbge- 1/2

盐巴-适量
Salt- little amount

糖-3大匙
Sugar- 3Tbsp

苹果醋-2大匙
Apple cider vinegar- 2Tbsp

做法/Steps

1)紫甘蓝切成丝状,硬梗去掉。
Shred the red cabbage and remove the stems.

2)加入盐巴,拌匀让蔬菜静置5分钟,排除水份。倒入适量的水,把盐份洗掉。
Add salt, mix well let the vegetables stand for 5 minutes. Pour the right amount of water and wash off the salt.

3)加入苹果醋+糖,搅拌均匀,装入干净的玻璃容器里,密封好放入冰箱里冷藏。隔天食用风味更佳。
Add apple cider vinegar + sugar and stir evenly. Pour into clean container and keep inside refrigerator. It’s taste better on the next day.
