Osmanthus Red Wine Jelly

|美白抗氧化甜点—— 桂花+玫瑰红酒果冻|

清新迷人的桂花香,撒在红酒果冻上,视觉上非常的疗愈,吃起来是Qq口感,带点淡淡的玫瑰红酒香味~

食材/Ingredients 

玫瑰花-10朵
Roses- 10pcs

红酒-半瓶酒的量
Red wine- 1/2 bottle of wine

桂花-适量(点缀用)
Osmanthus – little amount

果冻粉-5g
Jelly powder- 5g

步骤/Steps

1. 把玫瑰花加入红酒当中,开小火慢慢煮15分钟。
Add the roses into red wine, open small flame and cook for 15mins.

2.加入果冻粉,搅拌均匀,煮至沸腾,果冻粉完全溶化,熄火。
Add the jelly powder, stir well, cook until boiling and jelly powder fully dissolved, turn off the fire.

3.倒入模具里,撒上桂花,放入冰箱冷藏至凝固即可。
Pour into mould, sprinkle some osmanthus and keep into fridge and let it firm.
