Adzuki Bean Bread

|花型红豆面包-直接法|

手工面包不旦让你吃出惊喜也可以吃出幸福!现在的早餐很喜欢吃亲手制作的面包,吃在嘴里深深感受到幸福感。传统口味的红豆馅面包是基本款而且百吃不腻,全家大大小小都很爱。自己做的面包馅料可以包多一些,一口咬下就可以吃到滿滿的紅豆餡,非常滿足!

食材/Ingredients 

高筋面粉-300g
Bread flour- 300g

原蔗糖-30g
Sugar cane- 30g

即溶酵母粉-3g
Instant Yeast- 3g

盐巴-3g
Salt- 3g

鲜奶-200g
Fresh milk- 200g

无盐奶油-30g
Unsalted butter- 30g

黑芝麻-适量
Black sesame- little amount

红豆馅-200g
Red bean paste- 200g

红豆馅做法在这里 / How to make Sweet Red Bean Paste 

*不同牌子的面粉,吸水量有所不同,请按照面团的情况慢慢加
*Different brand of flour, the water absorption is different. So, add the water according to the bread dough condition .

步骤/Steps

把所有的食材加入面包机里(除了奶油),启动揉面模式揉成拉出薄膜+光滑的面团。
*奶油- 等待面团开始产生筋性后才加入

Add all the ingredients into bread maker machine (except butter) . Start the kneading mode till the dough is smooth, translucent and elastic. The dough should be able to stretch to super thin layer (Windowpane Test) before it breaks.
*Butter – add the butter after all the ingredients are well mixed.

揉好面团后,分割成等份(8份),滚成小圆球状。
The ready dough divided into equal size (8 portions) and shape each dough piece into a nice round ball.

盖上一层保鲜膜,让面团在室温下休息15-20分钟。
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and rest the dough for 15-20 minutes at the room temperature.

面团休息后,取一个小面团用手压扁(中间要保留厚度)。把红豆馅放在中间再包覆起来,把封口处黏紧即可。

Flatten the small dough with hand (remain some thickness at the middle of the dough). Put the red bean paste in the middle of the dough, wrap the red bean paste tightly to seal.

用手将面团轻压成圆饼状,在面团的边缘割出1cm的开口,放在烤盘并盖上保鲜膜,继续发酵至原来的两倍大。

Flatten the dough with your hand into round shape, cut 1cm the edge of the dough and place them on baking tray. Covered with plastic wrap and let the dough rise until doubled in size.

在面团表面刷上蛋液,再用擀面困的尾端沾上一些黑芝麻印在面团中心。
Brush the bread dough with egg brush. Dip the flat round side of a rolling pin with some black sesame and stamp on top of the bred dough.

预热烤箱在170度c,烘烤15-20分钟。
*面包表皮上色后,盖上铝铂纸避免表皮上色太深或是焦掉。
*烤箱温度和烘烤时间请依序自家烤箱做调整。

Preheat oven at 170C, bake for 15-20 mins.
* Covered with aluminium foil when the bread surface browning equally.
* Above temperature and  baking timing just for reference. Please adjust it base on your home oven.

烘烤完成后,把面包移到架子上等待冷却即可。
once bread is done, transfer to wire rack and let it cool.
